For older babies and quick outings, yes, for me it does. I carry the essentials in my MAXTOP belt bag and toss a diaper and wipes in my tote for longer trips. For a newborn or a full day out you may still want a bigger bag, but the belt bag handles a lot more than you would think.
How do you wear a belt bag as a mom?
